A native of Florence, Alabama, Brenda first arrived at Sumter's Shaw AFB as an Air Force Dependent over 30 years ago and never left! As a licensed Realtor and Broker for several years, Brenda has the experience and local relationships to simplify your real estate transactions. Brenda has managed large-scale mixed-use retail developments, medical, office facilities, and industrial sites. She has a reputation for working closely with Property Management clients to provide comprehensive services geared toward superior customer service, long term tenancy commitments, increased cash flow, excellent vendor relations, and accounting transparency and accuracy. Some of her commercial tenants have included TJ Maxx, Michaels, Petco, It's Fashion, Five Guys, Verizon, Hibbetts, Gamestop, Sweet Frog, Spectrum, Anytime Fitness, Great Clips, and many more. Brenda has served on the Sumter Habit for Humanity Board of Directors, the American Heart Board, and the Tuomey Foundation Festival of Lights Committee. Brenda has volunteered for Durant's Children Center, and One Place of the Shoals. She attends Faith Church where she enjoys growing her spirituality, meeting new people, and community outreach while serving in various roles.
